Requests and proposals
Submitting a request does not create a binding project agreement. Scope, deliverables, timing, pricing, dependencies, and payment terms must be agreed before paid work begins.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate requirements, timely feedback, lawful content, and authorized access where technical work requires it. Credentials should be shared only through an agreed secure method.
Payments and changes
Deposits, milestones, currencies, and due dates are defined in the accepted quotation. Work outside the agreed scope may require a revised estimate, timeline, or separate quotation.
Intellectual property
Ownership and licensing of final deliverables are defined in the project proposal. Third-party software, fonts, stock media, templates, and services remain subject to their own licenses.
Support and availability
Response and resolution times depend on urgency, complexity, access, and availability unless a separate support agreement states otherwise. Emergency requests are not guaranteed until accepted.
Limitation
Technology services involve third-party systems and operational risks. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
